Fabrication involves challenges; timelines, equipment capabilities, and workmanship. We help our clients navigate this complexity with insight and experience from a one stop shop.

Quality

We believe that a precise and detailed approach to fabrication is the best way to assure quality. That is why we combine the skill of our tradesmen with the latest in manufacturing technologies and automation. The result? Design, shape and assembly of our products, specific to their outlined purpose, with exact tolerances and adherence to excellence.

Know How

Our talented team of drafters, designers, project managers and technicians have the skills and expertise to help our clients reach their goals.  From architectural metals to a complete range of metal fabrication requirements for the building industry – including parts, assemblies and components; we deliver.

Capabilities

With unrivaled capability we work closely with our clients to tie our technical knowledge to products and services to explore what can be done.

CNC Metal Punching

Providing outstanding efficiency and a high speed of operation our automated punch equipment provides the optimal solution for variable or standard lot production.  Containing a high capacity tool rack and an automatic tool changer, switching between punch sizes or shapes is easy.

Offering a number of applications we can punch material from ¼” thick to 28 gauge.

CNC Metal Forming and Bending

With over 20 years of experience, we provide our clients with high-quality, precision forming of material up to 12 feet long.  Our multiple press brakes and express folders coupled with our large library of tools can accommodate almost all forming requirements.

CNC Laser Cutting

Utilizing the latest advances in laser manufacturing technology, our four- in-one (laser cutting, punching, forming, marking) machine offers outstanding accuracy, productivity, speed and flexibility to process a wide range of materials like aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper and brass.

CNC Router

Ideally suited for the processing of composite materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper and zinc we can deliver substantial cost savings and increased consistency by processing all types of cladding materials faster.

Metal Welding

Capable of welding stainless steel, aluminum and steel from light to heavy gauges, our technicians are skilled craftsmen that allow us to meet our clients’ most demanding projects.  Offering MIG, TIG, Stick and Spot welding processes you can be confident that our CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) certified shop adheres to the highest standards of quality in the business.

Metal Shearing + Cutting

With fast, accurate and reliable shearing we can produce a vast amount of fabricated components at an economical price point.   From ¼” thick material up to 12’ long, our heavy duty shear can tackle any application with ease.

Finishing

Post fabrication finishing is an important aspect of improving the durability, functionality or aesthetics of a fabricated part or component.  That is why we offer a wide array of finishing services that help deliver a beautiful finished product.

  • Powder Coating
  • Anodizing
  • Galvanizing
  • Electroplating

Assembly & Packaging

Just because a product is made out of a strong material like steel or aluminum doesn’t mean it needn’t be handled with care.  With all our finished products we take great pride in paying attention to ensure safe delivery.  We supply a complete shipping package from custom crates to strapping and protective wrapping while providing detailed and comprehensive instructions to reduce misunderstanding and frustration upon delivery or pickup.
