The Situation
The Client had the intentions to maximize the space of his centrally located downtown building by developing an outdoor area that was to be used as a roof top patio for his employees and clients to enjoy. IMARK was asked to design, fabricate and install a railing for the newly developed roof top patio as well as an exterior sign feature.
IMARK’s Approach
After visiting the newly developed outdoor space we recognized the opportunity to install a railing that would not interfere with the downtown views. The space needed to feel spacious but comfortable so that employees and clients would feel welcome having meetings and causal moments “out” of the office. It seemed natural that the space would be contained by glass and the clean feel of a brushed stainless steel rail. We assisted him to make his vision come true. The space is truly exceptional.
