The Situation
Wilco looked to constructing a new larger office, shop and yard facility after out growing its current facility. The facility’s office and shop where to be both architecturally pleasing and complement the significant and high-end landscaping contracts that are completed by Wilco.
IMARK’s Approach
IMARK worked closely with both Cormode & Dickson and Wilco to select products and colours that would complement the Wilco brand. There were three different types of panel that were applied to various parts of the Wilco facility.
The maintenance shop’s exterior walls were clad with a full height Insulated metal panel (IMP). The shop roof is a large shed style roof with a run of 100 ft from ridge to eave. The roof was also clad with a 4” IMP standing seam roof panel.
The two story office construction was adorned with ACM panels and composite wood panels. A 7” wide composite wood panel was added into the stucco wall between the windows acting as an accent feature.
