Project Background
The new Erickorp commercial retail and office plaza, located in Sherwood Park, has been configured as a three building complex comprising of retail and office space. This plaza is roughly 58,000 sq ft and is expected to bring some great new and exciting retailers to the Sherwood Park community.
Project Approach
IMARK’s Alura Panel – Prefinished Woodgrain Metal Panel, was chosen to be one of the architectural panel systems for the newly constructed Erickorp Plaza. The property was developed with three separate buildings consisting of two single-story retail buildings and one two-story retail and office building. The facade sections with Alura Panel consist of the 5.25″ Reveal Profile in Acorn finish. The reveal profile in this finish colour adds a nice contrast of depth and warmth to the facades other cladding choices of stucco (EIFS) and aluminum composite (ACM). The Alura Panel on this project is a great response to the growing popularity of mixed material building designs.
